Multi-Tasking Thursday for the Treasury Secretary

Late Thursday morning, Treasury Secretary Geithner will meet with Sen. Merkley (D-OR) to discuss financial reform. 

 

Later, Secretary Geithner will meet with German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere at Treasury on the Terrorist Finance Tracking Program. 

 

At 2:30 pm, Secretary Geithner will testify before the Senate Appropriations Financial Services and General Government Subcommittee on the FY2011 Budget for the Department of the Treasury.  

 

Also on Thursday, Deputy Treasury Secretary Neal Wolin will meet with Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Muhammad al-Sabah
