The Exempt Criminal Class in America

William Anderson has a great piece on the indictment of Roger Clemens and the selective prosecution of those not "in the club" It's a must read (here).

I wrote Anderson to tell him what a great piece it was. His reply:

The whole thing is disgusting. We finally are at the point where a significant section of American society is free to act in a criminal manner and be exempt from anything. They are destroying our economy and everything else, and it will get worse. We ask when these people will "see the light" when, in fact, they are not looking for the switch.
