It is a terrible thing trying not to hire psycho-brats in your company. One wrong judgement and the little twit will sue everyone out of a job. In a lot of Euro countries, it is almost impossible to fire someone after you are foolish enough to hire them.
The Employer is owned by the Employee via government gun/jail-backed law and then the stupid runts wonder why there is high unemployment. They are too stupid to be free.
Now c'mon Robert....you know its just a matter of time before Spain's new "green economy" takes off!!
