A Loony Professor Gives an EPJ Reader Some Advice

David Mueller emails:

Robert:

I wrote to Professor Etzioni who suggested putting out the Gun Free sign.

I asked, "What is the substantive difference between putting out a "Gun Free" sign on homes, condos, and apartments and one that says, "Free Stuff!  Come Rob and Shoot Me!"?"

His reply, "give it a try!"

My correspondence is below.

  1. Okay, I'll give it a try, professor. Tell me your address, so I know where to put up the sign.

  2. It doesn't quite qualify as "accidentally" removing anyone from the gene pool, but perhaps the professor can be nominated for the 2012 Darwin Awards since his suggestion would so clearly do so?

  3. That's because Etzioni is a bratty little parasite and political terrorist...It wants strong and free people to die. Hence "Try It!"

Etzioni is a liberal tapeworm that should never be allowed to exist in civil society.

  5. How much do you want to bet this clown hasn't put a sign in front of his house?

  6. "Give it a try!"

Etzioni disclaimer: "The following is not legal advice. If you require legal advice, consult a credentialed legal expert. If you place aforementioned sign on your property and, coincidentally, someone breaks into your home..."
