As a follow up to my post on Joseph Lhota's run for NYC mayor, a friend reminds me of Murray Rothbard's 1994 take on NYC politics. Many of the names have changed, but the antics are still the same. Rothbard's incisive analysis makes his commentary, 20 years later, still a must read.
