The Greenwich Village Bomber Has Some Issues

The father of the Harvard grad, Aaron Greene, who was busted in his Greenwich Village apartment with bomb materials, is a big time architect, with a specialty in restoration. A lot of the work Jeff Greene does is for the government. The web site for his firm lists as clients:

The Architect of the Capitol, Washington, D.C.
The U.S. Department of the Interior
The U.S. Department of the Treasury
The State of Georgia
The State of Idaho
The State of Iowa
The State of Illinois
The State of Kansas
The State of Kentucky
The State of Utah
The State of Vermont
The State of Virginia
The City & State of New York

Which means the father can afford elitist lawyers to help his son "with his issues."  The Gothamist goes into a fascinating account of a pizza stealing incident, where Aaron ended up stabbing a bouncer with a butcher knife, here.

As for the bomb materials bust, Aaron is claiming the bomb making material was really for fireworks. Restoration work in progress.

  1. The kid's just trying to explode demand for his dad. It's a family operation.
