The "Drudge Formula" Now Available for Purchase

During the Wenzel-Kinsella debate, I revealed I had a formula for getting my links posted on the Drudge Report.

I am now making the formula available for $550. The formula is included in a short two page report. It reveals the types of posts that Drudge is likely to pick up from an unknown blogger. The better your skill at writing copy that matches the formula, the more likely links to your post will show up on Drudge.

In addition to the Drudge Formula, I will also reveal other web sites that can deliver strong traffic to your site. These are sites that helped me build traffic in the early days of EPJ. These sites won't delver as much traffic as Drudge (Drudge is a monster) but if you are just getting started they will build important traffic for your site.

Note: Before I ship the Formula and other information, you will be required to agree not to reveal the information to others in any manner, including via verbal communication, posting on the internet, copying or reprinting of the formula in any manner.

Click on the link below to buy the report.

  1. If you sell more than one of these, and then it's discovered that others are using it, how are you even going to figure out who leaked it?

    1. Perhaps an alternative arrangement: All purchasers are equally liable for any leak. You'll publish a list of all purchasers to all purchasers. aka - One person ruins it for everybody

    2. Not necessary, only the person breaking the contract needs to be held responsible.

    3. I hope your ways are spelled out in the Booklet. As even though the contract is being violated in this case, as stopping third parties from using the formula looks impossible without the State.

    4. "Only the person breaking the contract needs to be held responsible" Wenzel.

OK. Assume someone pays the $500 and then illegally posts your formula online and people use it and then no one purchases it from you, and lets assume you've lost $1MM because of the breach. So you go sue him for damages of $1MM, and his response is that he is actually an unemployed basement dweller in his mom's house and he has no assets. What is the point?

What happens when he distributes your formula illegally. Maybe 2000 people use it that otherwise MIGHT have purchased it from you, so you have now $1MM in damages. So you bring a lawsuit against the breaching party, and it turns out he's a penniless basement dweller. What is the point?

    7. It would be easy to figure out who leaked if he slightly alters the instructions he sends out for each person.

      ergo

"Punishing(Killing, jailing, etc.) the murderer does not bring the victim his life back."

    1. It's already been tried, which is why you are now trying to sell the formula to as many people as you can while there is a profit for you to make.

  3. What if no one buys it? The value of "scarcity" is what again?

  4. Would you consider selling, at a lower price point, a version of the report that excludes the Drudge Formula but only has the other sites that help a new blogger get initial traffic?

    1. Sure. $100.00

Email me and I will look at your site to see if it makes sense.

  5. Am I liable if a third party breaks into my computer and reads the formula?

    1. If you agree to a contract with me, you are fully liable, including for negligence on your part, just keep the formula off park benches and if you aren't capable of protecting your computer from hacks, keep it off the computer.

    2. the problem is you can't recover the full measure of damages under your contractual theory. You need a state apparatus to go out and punish people who acquired or used your formula and never signed any contract.

  6. How many EPJ posts has Drudge linked to? I think that's the most relevant information.

    1. Pretty much every time I have posted using the formula, if I wanted to I could probably get three or four posts a week on Drudge. But I would rather battle Kinsella.

      The formula works.

    2. "Pretty much"? So it's not guaranteed to work?

  7. lol...this is one of the many reasons I like coming to this site.

    Wenzel has great big balls.

  8. "Please buy this formula before it is copied so much that the market value of the promise to keep it secret, which is grounded on body and goods scarcity, falls to zero dollars."

    1. Please come back and post the formula when it is super-abundant. Do you have an estimate on when this will occur?

    2. What does super-abundance have to do with scarcity or non-scarcity. what.

    3. "What does super-abundance have to do with scarcity or non-scarcity. what."

Nothing of course, but that doesn't mean we can't misunderstand and misinterpret libertarian writers who seemingly grounded the concept of scarcity on quantities available, in order to appeal to their authority and then argue "See? [Name] holds ideas as scarce, therefore they would be pro-IP like me! You're anti-[name]! You're no libertarian!"

  9. Going to the legth you have to make something infanitly reproducible into artificially scarce does not dissolve the fact that this formula can be replicated for everyone on Earth.

If you get everyone to agree to keep your formula to themselves then great, contracts are contracts. But your formula is not truly scarce as physical resources are, it is artifically restricted by your contractual efforts. Once this secret is let out beyond contracts, your only option is to begin to agress against the persons who have no contract with you in a vain attempt to plug the gaping hole in your theory of IP.

    1. What is your estimate on when the formula will be super-abundant so that the entire world will know it?

    2. Bob,

What is the penalty for breaking the contract and sharing the formula?

Also, how will you deal with a third party who gets the formula and publishes it to the world?

      Delete
    3. Why does "when" matter? This formula will leave your carefully constructed contractual realm. When it does, you can no longer protect, and in your case restrict, it's spread. It will be known by all those who want to know it. What will you do when "your property" is "stolen" by any one who wants it? I don't believe you can't see the impotent state of your IP position.

Are you claiming that you can keep this information under complete restricted control in perpetuity? Are you that ill observant of reality?

Release your book already. If ranting and crying won debates, you sir are the "crusher".

  11. If I buy it and it doesn't work for my website, can I get a refund?

    1. No, but I will look at your site if you want and tell you if it will work, before you make the purchase.

    2. And if it doesnt do as advertised, Mr. Wenzel has you contracted to remain silent, as to not interupt his income stream - he thinks.

If I buy your formula and hate it, no refunds and I am bound to never tell a single sole about whether it works or not...what a deal!

Mr. wenzel here is your immediate problem:

If the formula does not do as you promised the buyer can dissolve the contract and speak freely.
