VIOLENT US Border Patrol Agent Breaks Window of Driver to Get at Him at Internal US Checkpoint

Martin Hil writes:

An incredibly odd video is making the rounds on youtube and reveals a violent act by CA Homeland Securtity Agents who angrily bashed in a driver's car window and put him in cuffs. The video, posted by youtube userRobert Trudell, was posted on June 21, 2013 and currently has 2,905 views, 21 likes and 2 dislikes. The video description simply reads "Get Out, Get Your Hands on Your Head, Get in the Hokey Pokey, US Border Patrol Checkpoint Detention Trailer, Shattered Window and Handcuffs, 31 May 2013, Pine Valley, California.[...]

Trudell has 4,202 videos on his channel, many of them of internal border checkpoints, including the 20+ minute U.S. Border Patrol Checkpoint. Dateland, AZ Gas & Cameras, No Response to "Are you a US Citizen?"(41,804 views, posted Feb, 15 2013); the one minute condensed version What Country are you a Citizen of? US Border Patrol, No Consent Search, Right to Remain Silent and the 12 minute Border Patrol Checkpoint, Right to Remain Silent, US Route 95 Highway, Yuma, Arizona.

His website, titled "The USA Mexican Border Dance", features many of his videos and photographs. Trudell's car is elaborately riggged with mounted cameras and one photo taken from inside his car captured the dramatic shot of the border patrol busting out his window while he sits in the drivers seat. At first glance it isn't entirely clear what transpired in the window-breaking incident, but Trudell's replies to viewers questions tell more of the story. Trudell responds to one commenter by explaining "I didn't Consent to a Search and Remained Silent (well except for the "Hmm?" to understand his Order.)"

  1. This video is suspicious what did he do before the guy broke the window ? No one just goes around braking windows. There is more to this story then whats in the video.

  2. What happened afterward? Was he arrested? The officer who broke the window was in a rage; perhaps he was provoked? Or maybe this officer has deep psychological issues that should keep him away from Law Enforcement and all weapons. This is deeply disturbing and does not reflect on the vast majority of LEOs who are patient and would never tolerate this conduct by one of their fellow officers.

  3. Really, it is a sort of half of the information, as seeing in the video. Though, there might be some illegal or erroneous activity being there, then only the security guard forces the person to get out of the car. This video, actually, signifies the loyalty of the guard and shows that how much he is devoted to his responsibilities. Actually, these security guards protect us and maintain security for us. Many firms, today in the market, are offering security solutions; just choose the one of your requirement.

    1. They're not "security." They're border patrol. They have to follow the Constitution. They were pissed because the Constitution doesn't allow them to detain someone for not answering their questions or consenting to a search, so they detained him.

That's the whole story, as documented in the videos and extensively on the internet. You people who are looking for more are completely ignoring the obvious facts in front of your face.

  4. This was really unpleasant work from any security related teams. They could ask the men to come out from car. If the men would not be come out then they could take any other steps but breaking the car window is not good work.
