Jobless Claims Fall to Near a 42-Year Low

Have I mentioned that we are in the boom phase of the Fed created boom-bust business cycle?

The number of Americans filing new applications for jobless benefits fell to a 42-year low last week.

Initial claims for state unemployment benefits dropped 13,000 to a seasonally adjusted 263,000 for the week ended Oct. 3, the Labor Department said.
