P. Krugman in today's New York Times:
There is a near-consensus at the FOMC that rates must eventually move up. But here’s my question: why, exactly?
Sounds like an Austrian-lite on steroids.


Rent inflation of primary residences is accelerating and is already climbing at a rate of near 4%.
