Donald Trump’s Childhood Home in Queens is Up for Sale at a Gargantuan Price

The current owners are asking$1.65 million for the upper middle class dwelling.

Daniel Goldstein reports:

Trump’s boyhood home in New York’s largest borough, at 8515 Wareham Pl., is an otherwise modest 2,000-square-foot brick and stucco Tudor Revival that was built in 1940. It has six bedrooms and four and a half baths. But it’s the tag line for the property that’s getting the most attention. “This property is the birthplace of presidential candidate Donald Trump,” according to the listing, which features interior as well as exterior photos of the house...

The house has a two-car garage and a screened-in patio...the home is listed for more than $700,000 above what other homes in Jamaica Estates sell for and more than $400,000 above even what Zillow.com estimates the home is worth ($1.2 million). The house was last sold for $782,500 in April 2008, according to Zillow.
