The "Tough" Trump Trade Deal Negotiations Begin

The White House has announced that the Prime Minister of the Unite Kingdom, Theresa May, will meet with President Donald Trump in Washington D.C. on Friday.

They are expected to discuss a  post-Brexit trade deal.

The United Kingdom is the 9th largest export economy in the world.

The top export destination of the United Kingdom is the United States, followed by Germany.


As of November 2016, the UK is the 7th ranked trading partner of the US.

Mexico's President Enrique Pena Nieto talked with U.S. President Donald Trump by phone on Saturday morning, and the two agreed to meet, according to a statement from the Mexican president's office.

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said the meeting would take place Jan. 31, and Trump and Pena Nieto are to discuss trade, immigration and security.
