No More "Stimulus" Packages?

Congress must be getting very negative feedback on stimulus.

Earler this week Nancy Pelosi said that another stimulus package may be necessary. Politico.com is reporting that there is zero interest in Congress even from Democrats, outside of Pelosi, for a second stimulus.

“It is too soon,” Politico.com quotes big spender and House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank (D-Mass.). “No sensible person is trying to guess what will be appropriate policy six months from now.”

And so a gliommer of common sense at last begins to flicker on the horizon and from Bernie Frank no less. Tad too late perhaps but here you go ...

I don't suppose you chaps would care to share this radical new policy approach (i.e., including a cupful of common sense in the decision making process) with the UK govt would you?? Maybe no then ...
