Spitzer's BAAACK!; Roger Stone Reacts

Former Governor Eliot Spitzer is planning a run for City Comptroller, a source said, according to NyPo.

Spitzer — who resigned in disgrace in 2008 after he was caught frequenting prostitutes — will begin collecting petitions to get on the ballot tomorrow, the source said.

He only needs 3,750 signatures to run for the job.

Dirty trickster Roger Stone, who is considered among insiders to be the point man that engineered the Spitzer scandal, tweeted out:

There's a big difference between Anthony Weiner attempting to make a comeback and Spitzer. Spitzer has real enemies, Wall Street enemies. You should never make Wall Street enemies, ever.

I suspect Stone has already received a phone call and money will be wired into his account Monday.
