Many businesses are increasing the number of part-time employees rather than full-time employees to escape from the clutches of some of the Obamacare regulations.
My step sisters have worked full time at Bob Evans with benefits for 15 years. They are now limited to 30 hours per week and do not have insurance anymore. Same with my niece at Applebee's.
