Thaddeus Russell Calls on The American Association of University Professors to Defend Walter Block

Just completed an interview with Thaddeus Russell, author of A Renegade History of the United States, for The Robert Wenzel Show.

During the discussion which touched on his views on everything from slavery and prostitutes to his view on the leftists that control academia, he called on the American Association of University Professors to "take on" the president of the University of Loyola, New Orleans Father Kenneth Wildes, who sent a letter to the University school newspaper distorting the views of  Loyola University professor Walter Block.

From beginning to end, this is a fascinating interview that you won't want to miss. It will be up at EconomicPolicyJournal.com on Sunday at 7:00 AM ET.

  1. I am currently reading his book. It is a MUST READ!!!! It is much more than a history book, it is a sociological masterpiece as well. I could not recommend it enough!

  2. I can't wait to hear the interview. Thank you, Robert, for having Thaddeus Russell on as a guest.

I first read "A Renegade History" after reading his article on LRC about why he got fired. Aside from being well-researched and well-written history, the book is provocative and just plain fun to read. I got a copy for my son as an accompaniment to his AP US History text this year.

    Yeah, good luck with that.
I think this president at Loyola may actually be a mild version of the type of president they have at other universities.
So don't hold your breath expecting support from them.
