Court Ruling: Lesbo Teachers Who ‘Had Sex in Class’ Can’t Be Fired

This is what happens when the government school system intersects with a loony interventionist government court system. Taxpayers are the ones who really get screwed.

NyPo reports:
As long as the kids are away, teachers can play, a panel of judges said Thursday, ruling that educators shouldn’t be fired for having sex with one another — even in their classrooms.
The Manhattan appellate judges said foreign-language teachers Alini Brito, 34, and Cindy Mauro, 38, were treated too harshly when they were dismissed for engaging in a topless classroom tryst inside Brooklyn’s James Madison HS in 2009.

We need to go back to a complete private school system, where private schools set their own rules of conduct. If there are schools and parents so nutty who see no problem with teachers having orgies between classes, then so be it. On the other hand, if there are schools and parents who object to such behavior, then there shouldn't be any problem with that either. It is only when we have public schools and government courts, where rulings come down that apply to all, without regard to the tastes, sensitivities, moral and cultural values of individuals, that we have situations that can be contra to the values held by many and which results in taxpayers supporting this nuttiness.

A private school system would solve the problem by allowing many different types of schools and parents would be able to choose schools for their children that reflect their values.

Another option is, of course, home schooling. See: The School Revolution: A New Answer for Our Broken Education System

  3. So basically the school to discourage this behavior will need to put cameras in the classroom and film it and then sell it to a porn studio. Lets see how those teachers feel how it feels to be unprofessional

    1. Nah, then they'd sue the school district (and win) for violating their right to privacy.

  5. Is it sex if they're just topless? Maybe we should ask Bill Clinton.

Are we positive they are both females?

These folks are the goobermint maggot ruling class - is it proper for low-life peasant tax-payers like us to question their behavior?

The majority of Americans, especially blacks and Latinos, will never go for that so you're just pissing in the wind. No one cares what we 'need' to do. The least bad thing that's at all realistically possible is probably that school voucher program.
