The IRS reports that United States’ ZIP code and county data for Tax Year 2012 are now available on Tax Stats. The data present selected income and tax return items by State, ZIP code, county, and size of adjusted gross income. These data are based on individual income tax returns filed with the IRS.

So we have to submit our taxes by 4/15 or go to jail. When it comes to the IRS providing an analysis, no specified date it given, just at some point in the next two and half years. Seems reasonable.
