Did Dmitri Kesari Hijack a Federal PAC?

It appears that more problems may be developing for Dmitri Kesari, a former deputy campaign manager for the Ron Paul 2012 campaign. In a matter unrelated to Ron Paul, a friend emails relative to a current Congressional race in Virginia :

Did Dmitri Kesari hijack a federal PAC?

That's that's the word behind the scenes and there is talk of a lawsuit.  Allegations include Kesari spoofing a caller ID in a federal election advocacy communication.

This, it should be noted, is in an addition to a grand jury that is investigating Kesari and other members of Ron Paul, Inc. EPJ has previously reported that Kesari has lawyered up with regard to the Ron Paul Inc. matters.

It may be a very long and hot summer for Kesari and Ron Paul Inc.
