London's Mayor Rips Obama on Brexit Comments; Suggests 'Part-Kenyan' Obama May Have 'Ancestral Dislike' of UK

President Obama, visiting Great Britain, has told Brits that they should vote to stay in the European Union rather than pull out, when the issue comes before them in a referendum vote on June 23.

He even went so far as to write an op-ed in UK's The Telegraph titled, As your friend, let me say that the EU makes Britain even greater.

London Mayor Boris Johnson has responded to Obama's butting into UK affairs by saying the president's  attitude to Britain might be based on his “part-Kenyan” heritage and “ancestral dislike of the British empire”.

Writing a column for The Sun newspaper the outgoing Mayor of London recounted a story about a bust of Winston Churchill  being removed from White House.

“Some said it was a snub to Britain. Some said it was a symbol of the part-Kenyan President’s ancestral dislike of the British empire – of which Churchill had been such a fervent defender,” he wrote.

The Mayor said that the US would never dream of engaging in an arrangement similar to the EU.

“It is deeply anti-democratic – and much as I admire the United States, and much as I respect the President, I believe he must admit that his country would not dream of embroiling itself in anything of the kind,” he said.

Aside from the personal like and dislikes of the African-American president, the US Empire, as I have previously noted, is always in favor supranational governing bodies. The Empire always fears the independent mind and actor.

  1. I like Boris more and more. The USA needs to STFU and mind their own business. The world is sick of you.

    1. D,
We need to talk (and please tell your friends).
The "USA" (that won't STFU or MTOB) that you're referring to, consists literally of only a handful of evil and corrupt politicians, bankers & corp elites - just like in your country and everywhere on planet earth.
Most in the USA (ok, maybe half), well at least a good 30% are honest, productive and fun to hang out with.
Don't let them create the hate (it's not real), that's how they justify more power (via regulation and war).
Globally we ALL need to stand together, WTF up and acknowledge reality, or it's game over real soon.
      Peace ; ]

  2. Not to mention an ancestral dislike of the US.

  3. The more comments I read at site such as this, the more inclined I am to believe hate really is hereditary.
Now, the only question you have to ask yourselves is, which way does the evidence really flow?

  5. Well, if Obama really did remove the bust of Winston Churchill from the White House, that bumps up my opinion of him slightly. Winston Churchill was horrendous- the Ralph Raico piece on him from "Great Wars and Great Leaders- A Libertarian Rebuttal" really takes him down a few pegs (and kicks him in the nuts).
