Three Million in Gold Bullion Seized at Gold Dealers House

Authorities have seized $60,000 cash, some of it sealed in shrink wrap, and $3 million in gold bullion at the Moorpark, CA ranch house of James Fayed, whose wife, Pamela, was murdered last week. Twenty-five assault rifles and thousands of rounds of ammunition were also seized from the house, according to Assistant U.S. Atty. Mark R. Aveis

Fayed, who was seeking a divorce from his wife, both jointly owned Goldfinger Coin and Bullion Sales and an associated Internet firm, e-Bullion.

Fayed was arrested Friday evening on charges relating to his business. In a court hearing today in Los Angeles, CA, Aveis characterized Fayed's business operations during 2005 and 2006 as ponzi schemes in which individuals invested up to $20 million.

In a further bombshell development, police have determined that the vehicle used by the murderer in the slaying of Pamela Fayed was rented with a credit card bearing the name of her estranged husband.

The credit card was seized from the wallet of James Fayed during a recent search of his Moorpark ranch house, said Aveis.

  1. Well, someone smart enough to have a bunch of gold on hand is smart enough to have the guns and ammo to protect it....

This guy may be a bad dude, but he may have also been set up by a government that wants to confiscate all the gold to help usher in the new proposed Amero currency to replace the dollar. We can't go back to a gold standard if the govt has all the gold...

  2. If he really killed his wife, OK then he deserves to be put away.

But why can the government just seize $60,000 and a bunch of gold - if it’s his property?

We’re getting very used to agents of the government just seizing whatever they want, and the government is turning it into standard procedure.

If they stopped your car on the highway and found 20 grand in it, they would certainly seize it. You’d never see it again, even if there was no reason to suspect criminal activity on your part.

  3. Amero? Why would Canada want to tie itself to the sinking ship called the United States?
Time to start wearing your tinfoil hat again.

  4. Stop using the "tinfoil hat" reference whenever you think someone is on the fringe. It's an old term and totally useless. And just because YOU think it's on the fringe, means nothing. You could just be uninformed about this.

The Amero is a REAL proposition. It's North America's answer to the Euro. (You do know what a Euro is don't you?) Anyway, why would Canada want to be a part of the sinking ship called the USA? Well, the Canadian PEOPLE wouldn't, but the rich/elite/billionaires of Canada (and yes there are some) stand to make a bunch of money from a monetary Union. And THEY are the ones who influence the lawmakers who decide these sorts of things, and they are the ones who would want this.

Please learn to do some research before posting your "tinfoil hat" references. The only tinfoil hat I see is the one on your own head that prevents you from getting off the couch and reading something more educational than Dr. Seuss.

  5. Like the Canadians have any more control over their country than we do here in the United States of Israel.

  6. "Canada" has no choice in the matter. The people have no say. It is decided by the elites just as it is here who will do it to enrich and empower themselves.

Just read in between the lines and then tarry awhile. Right! Do you smell it? The loads of stinking fish? A guy whose got $60,000 lying around the house goes out and hires his wife's would-be killer's car with his own credit card and proudly carries same about in his wallet? A man that deals in the 'wise man's trade.', sitting on $3 million worth of gold bullion? I bet you next you'll hear is that the gentleman is dead. Joint ownership says plenty and I can bet my bottom dollar his wife's real killers are behind this obvious frame-up. It's got all the hallmarks of a deal gone bad. Well, that's what you get, I suppose, for meddling in a Jews-only trade; SET-UP!

  12. Other stories have revealed that the deceased had attempted to have a restraining order on her husband's brother but the Court said Danger couldn't be proven. (now it's too late) He was a convict.

Separately the FBI had been investigating e-bullion for a ponzi scheme that used its payment system for 8 months in 2005 - 2006.
