Where Is the President's Damn Health Bill?

All news reports are directing readers to WhiteHouse. gov for the President's health plan. AP for example:
Posted Monday morning on the White House Web site, the plan would provide coverage to more than 31 million Americans now uninsured without adding to the federal deficit.
Oh yeah?

All that's at the White House site is summaries and overviews. And, then, more summaries and overviews. Take a look for yourself.

Funny thing, but I like to do my own summaries and overviews.

The stuff posted at the White House site is nothing but propaganda fluff. It has nothing but nonsense happy talk, it's sort of like a McDonald's Happy Meal, except it is aimed at adults. Eat your french fries and shut up.

It's always the documents that they don't post that are the key. From leaks, we know the bill contains price control provisions on healthcare providers. This alone can result in full dictatorial control of the entire healthcare system by the likes of the evil bastard Ezekiel Emanuel. Who knows what other evil exists in the details?

Very scary.

  1. Watch what happens with employer sponsored health coverage. The Senate bill had over 35 million losing workplace health insurance between 2008 and 2019. I expect the Obama plan to be similar.

That there are no details is no surprise. The Government-Industrial Monstrosity finds such things an inconvenience.

  2. Union run VEBA's providing health insurance get a break in the Obama "plan". SEIU's Andy Stern must be giggling. Stern might land a spot on Obama's Deficit Commission according to news reports.

Fines for being uninsured in 2014-2019 are higher than the Senate bill.
