The Occidental College thing has been going around for a while. Snopes disputes it. However, the Snopes article does appear biased -- at least in tone -- as well.

If the claims were supprted with hard evidence, then Obama would be impeached. If Trump is wrong and has no evidence, and what he is doing will genuinely discredit Obama, then he can be sued for libel, and probably more. If this is all a show, then neither of the other two possibilities will happen.
