Sununu & Gingrich: 'Ron Paul Supporters Will Assimilate With The Borg'

By, Chris Rossini

Sununu & Gingrich give us the skinny on how those disruptive Paulian dirtyshirts are going to help make Romney the new king:

Buzzfeed tells us:
Former New Hampshire Governor John Sununu, a tough Romney surrogate and one of the top nemeses of disaffected Ron Paul delegates, said on Wednesday that he expects the Paulites to all vote for Mitt Romney in November. The party, he says, is unified.

"I think the bulk of the Ron Paul supporters are good Americans who want to replace President Obama," Sununu told BuzzFeed outside a breakfast with New Hampshire and Pennsylvania delegates. "I think they're going to vote the right way in November."
Gingrich also received the memo. Watch him credit Rand Paul and say [at about 1m 50s] that "90% of the Ron Paul people will be with Romney, and the other 10% probably will sit it out":

Rand is really doing a stand up job with the regime. He has them right where he wants them.

  1. "good Americans"

Why does that sound like an echo from the past?

I'm so happy I've decided not to vote for any republicans or democrats anywhere on the ballot. It allows me to skip this moronic melodrama and get some real world work done.

  2. "he expects the Paulites to all vote for Mitt Romney in November"

Speaking for myself, I wouldn't vote for Romney with a gun to my head.

  3. According to the last poll I heard on the issue, a little more than half--55%--of Ron Paul supporters were willing to support Romney, and the rest were going to vote for Obama or sit it out. I think that ratio will hold especially in the absence of a Ron Paul endorsement. I myself am voting for Gary Johnson, though I think long term libertarians will have to work with the Republican party if they want to advance their agenda.

  4. Man, these guys are so out of touch with reality it isn't funny. I bet there will be 5-10%, if that, that will vote for Romney. And the Ron Paul supporters that do vote for Romney, or even Obama, will be the least knowledgable about the libertarian philosophy.

  6. Wow! "Rand Paul is going to bring 90% of the Ron Paul people"

Gingrich should know that when attempting to manipulate people it helps to avoid telling them what you're doing.

  7. "According to the last poll I heard on the issue, a little more than half--55%--of Ron Paul supporters were willing to support Romney, and the rest were going to vote for Obama or sit it out" - LOL I'd love to see this "poll". probably some faux news poll.

Every person I know who supported Dr. Ron Paul during the primaries is either writing in Ron Paul or voting for Gary Johnson. NOT ONE is voting for Obombney.

    1. Correct-- those are the options being considered. Voting for Romney is not part of the discussion.
