EPJ's Person of the Year

Ron Paul

For spreading the liberty message far and wide, while running to be the Republican presidential nominee and never compromising on his principles.

    2. he is truly unparalleled. I am 27 years old, so I suppose that qualifies me as a "Ron Paul kid." My life is forever changed by the heroic work of Ron Paul (and obviously other great men like Rothbard, Rockwell, Woods, Hoppe, Block etc).

I can't help but feel so privileged to live in the time where Dr. Paul got the recognition he deserved. Its great to see millions of youngsters following Dr. Paul and reading up on liberty. It must be very rewarding for people like Rockwell who have fought so hard for decades without the message of liberty gaining much attention.

Dr. Paul is unwavering and extremely humble. Someone we should all try to emulate.

  2. Nietzche said that a society should not be judged by its average members, but by the most excellent members that it produces. Let us hope that, a thousand years from now, this society is remembered for Ron Paul.

    1. Nietzsche also said "excellent" people do not constrain themselves to good or evil morality, but to just do whatever they want. Overmen.

Ron Paul constrains himself to good morality, so Nietzsche would have thumbed his nose at him.

  3. AAAAAA MEN!!!

A man of such uncompromising integrity, honesty, and service to mankind, that he will take his place among the handfull that have changed the world for the better. He has shown us that you can be a politician without selling your soul and becoming a complete joke. In my nearly 70 years I have never encountered, anyone that comes close. There are still American heros. The Ron Paul Revolution has only just begun because you can not stop the truth...

  4. Person of the decade, at least, since his work came into real prominence since at least 2007.

This guy made a lot of new libertarians. Too bad some of them were too stupid to let it "stick".
