Rand Paul Wants to "Privatize" Groping

Mussolini made sure the trains run on time and it appears Rand Paul wants to make air travel groping more efficient. May heaven help both of them.

The truth of the matter is that real privatization would eliminate all government involvement in airline security and leave it up to each airline to implement any degree of security they wanted. Rand's plan is nowhere close.

On Thursday, Rand introduced Amendment 377 to S.Con.Res.8, the Budget Resolution, which would create a deficit-neutral reserve fund to reform aviation security, including the privatization of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).  But this "privatization" does not in any way eliminate government involvement, it just pays the gropers in a different way, while they wear different styled uniforms.

In a statement, Rand admitted he sees a role for government in airline security:
Ultimately, it should be the responsibility of Congress to reform airport screening and reduce costs to the government.
As part of his "privatization,"  Rand has in the past also called for background checks and tracking of travel plans for those who want to move through groping lines quicker.

How would that reassure those in the White House or the Pentagon that a fully private airline will have adequate security to prevent crashing airplanes into buildings?

  2. Good. Good! It's about time I get my balls manipulated by a REAL professional. I'm just sooo tired of the amateurs we have now.

Say, here's a way to get all the molesters off the streets, out of the schools, and out from behind the pulpit. Let 'em make an honest living using their innate skills for the good of all mankind. I can invision travelers taking dozens of trips through the line.

Their new slogan can be "Get off - before you get on."
