Major Jack Lew-John Kerry Plotting in China

The Empire must flecks its muscles everywhere.

On Wednesday, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew will attend the 2014 U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue (S&ED) in Beijing, China.

In the morning, the Secretary will deliver remarks at the joint opening session of the S&ED. President Xi Jinping, Secretary of State John Kerry, Vice Premier Wang Yang and State Councilor Yang Jiechi will also deliver remarks at the opening session.

Later in the morning, Secretary Lew will participate in the Joint Session on Climate Change and Clean Energy.

Later, the Secretary will participate in a working lunch for the U.S. and Chinese delegations with Secretary Kerry, Vice Premier Wang Yang and State Councilor Yang Jiechi.

In the early afternoon, Secretary Lew will deliver remarks at the opening session of the Economic Track of the S&ED.

Later in the afternoon, the Secretary will attend additional Economic Track sessions of the S&ED to discuss efforts to promote strong, sustainable and balanced growth; and expand trade and investment opportunities.
