Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen is set to head up to Capitol Hill on Feb. 24 to present her semiannual testimony on the economy and monetary policy to Congress, WSJ is reporting.
With macro-economic numbers in a general up trend, especially employment numbers, market participants will be looking for signals from her at to when the Fed might start raising interest rates.
This is not the time to be long the bond market.
