Prices of Existing Homes Climbed 7.6% in 2015

The median existing-home price for all housing types in December was $224,100, according to the National Association of Realtors, up 7.6 percent from December 2014 ($208,200). Last month's price increase marks the 46th consecutive month of year-over-year gains.

Sure looks like the Fed created boom phase to me.

    1. Or you know perhaps the demand is high due to record low interest rates. One side is manipulated by a government monster. The other side has few restrictions except in certain municipal areas.
