The entire tax proposal, which will be changed many times after lobbyists and the powerful get their hands on it, is currently 429 pages of legalese, but, hey, have a go at it if you are really bored with your life:

Should just take one or two sentences right? There will no longer be income or corporate taxes in the United States. Rate effective day of passage is zero.
