Elizbeth Duke Joins Federal Reserve Board

Community banker Elizabeth Duke took the oath of office today as a member of the Federal Reserve's Board of Governors and will vote at a meeting on interest rates later in the day, according to the Fed.

As we pointed out previously, judging by her sizable stock portfolio, which is notably absent of gold, mineral, or, for the most part, oil stocks, she has no inflation fears.
