The Ben Bernanke Exit

Fed chairman Ben Bernanke is getting a highway interchange with his name on it. This Saturday afternoon, Exit 190 on I-95 in Bernanke’s home town of Dillon, S.C., will be renamed “Ben Bernanke Interchange.”

The name change was authorized by the South Carolina legislature which, according to a resolution adopted earlier this year, sees Bernanke’s South Carolina roots as the reason for his "success".

I'm glad to see that the surely good folks of Dillon S.C. are providing Chairman Bernanke with an appropriate gift for a money printer, an exit. May he take it soon.
