It's Show Time at the White House

This morning, Secretary Geithner will join President Obama for a roundtable discussion at the White House about the impact of historically low interest rates. Attending the meeting will be a handful of homeowners who have re-financed their homes and benefited from lower mortgage payments.

There obviously will be no one at the roundtable that will provide historical perspective on the price inflationary consequences of the money printing necessary to push interest rates dramatically below market levels.
