Early Poll Numbers Show Schiff at 1% to 2%

New polls for the 2010 Connecticut Republican Primary show a large number of Republican voters are still undecided for next year's Senate election

According to three polls conducted in September by Quinnipiac University and Daily Kos/Research 2000 at least 43 per cent of Republican respondents are undecided as to who they would vote for in the 2010 Senate Republican Primary.

However, at least 38 per cent of respondents support former Representative Rob Simmons, Peter Schiff only received one or two per cent and Sam Caligiuri is polling between 4 and 7 per cent.
