The New Voting Members of the FOMC

The voting members of the Federal Open Market Committee, the committee which sets monetary policy, are the members of the Fed's Board of Governors and a rotation among the twelve presidents of Federal Reserve Banks so that five vote, including, every year, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York president.

There is very little dissent at FOMC meetings, but for what it is worth, here are the changes that will officially take place at the first 2010 FOMC meeting:

2009 members of the FOMC were:
