German Bund Prices Soar

The June German bund futures contract on Eurex hit a new contract high of 128.27 according to FactSet, and changed hands in recent action at 128.19, a gain of 47 basis points.

Now if somebody would have just advised a couple of weeks ago:

The best spot for speculative money right now is German bunds. Germany is going to survive this crisis. If the euro collapses, all the better for bunds.

Oh yeah, somebody did.
