I formerly worked for both CAPS and PECG in CA, and I could tell you stories which would amaze you. These people get away with murder and they can’t even be terminated! While there, I spent half of my time on the phone taking calls from union members complaining that they were forced to drive a state-owned truck and couldn’t have a sedan!
