Wolin Does Lebanon

On Monday, Deputy Treasury Secretary Neal Wolin will be in Beirut, Lebanon for meetings with Prime Minister Saad Hariri, Finance Minister Raya al-Hassan and Central Bank Governor Riad Salameh to discuss the state of the Lebanese economy and the status of the government's economic reform agenda.
 
Deputy Secretary Wolin will also meet with business leaders and entrepreneurs to discuss ways to improve the business climate in Lebanon.
 
In the evening, Deputy Secretary Wolin will attend a working dinner with "national experts and thought leaders" to discuss the global financial crisis, financial reform in the U.S. and Lebanon and the state of both countries' economies.
