Last night I met a woman who briefs Steve Jobs, before meetings.
Jobs is so busy and has so many meetings that he attends, that he literally often doesn't know who he is meeting with until he is walking into the meeting room. The woman I met is one of Jobs' briefers. Her job is to know who Jobs is meeting with, why the meeting is going on and anything else Jobs should know about the meeting and those attending.
As he walks to the meeting, she briefs him with the specifics.
