Alert: Fed President to Host "Squawk Box" Friday

WTF? The Federal Reserve propaganda machine blaring the Fed is going to print until gold hits $10,000 an ounce, goes to national television.

St. Louis Fed President James Bullard to co-host CNBC’s “Squawk Box” live from the St. Louis Fed Friday 5-8 am CT.He is currently a voting member of the FOMC.

Bullard is considered a centrist but in 2009 on Thanksgiving week Bullard said "that the central bank should extend its mortgage-backed securities buying program beyond its expiration date in March [2010]." Most significant, in July 2010, Bullard made a statement about the U.S. economy being "at risk of becoming 'enmeshed in a Japanese-style deflationary outcome within the next several years.'

Clearly, the Federal Reserve is trying to get the message out that they are going to print like hell immediately after the mid-term elections.

If Bullard doesn't hint at this on CNBC, he will tank the markets. He is not going on to take the markets, he is going on to hype the markets.

  1. I disagree: I think Fed (& other Central Bankers,) may already be alarmed at fall in Dollar, rise in crude, copper, gold, stocks, way before QE II.

He may be on CNBC to calm market expectations.

Market action today, with 1-3% reversals (so far,) in crude, copper, gold, stocks, may mean the message is already leaking out.
