On Friday, Canada’s dollar, "the loonie", rose to parity with its U.S. counterpart for the first time since April.
The loonie has climbed for a seventh straight week. But, it is not just about the loonie. The dollar is in an across the board collapse. This last week the dollar dropped versus 14 of the 16 most-traded currencies.
It is remarkable that Ben Bernanke is about to launch a major dollar printing campaign, when the dollar is already collapsing.
