On Monday morning,Treasury Secretary Geithner will attend President Obama’s meeting on infrastructure investment, with Cabinet secretaries, former secretaries of Transportation and mayors and governors, The meeting will be held at the White House.
I wonder how many additional dollars Bernanke will have to print to absorb the deficit increase as a result of this "stimulus" program, which will, of course, add to the devaluation of the dollar that will impact all the rest of us.
I think he'll print only up to a certain point. Bernanke recently sent a message to congress through a speech given in NY (I think). He basically stated that congress has to get its books in order or the Fed will not back them up, t the ruin of the Fed. So, the printing days are coming to an end.
