FBI Using Temp Help to Conduct Hedge Fund Raids?

Earlier today, I blogged on how this pic just looked odd to me.

A commenter suggests the FBI may be using temp help to conduct their hedge fund raids:
They are most probably temps.

I took part, as a temp, in a raid on an SL lo those many crises ago.

    Why Temps?

    Well ... because this is a Federal raid there are no Local Cops/Deputies to do the heavy lifting.

    And isn't every FBI Agent 'Special'?
