On Monday morning, Treasury Secretary Geithner will hold a bilateral meeting with Indian Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee in Delhi, India.
Later, the Secretary will participate in a meeting of the U.S.-India CEO’s Forum to discuss "Treasury’s commitment to enhancing U.S.-India engagement on economic and financial issues" and to gather views from attendees on Indian and global economic developments.
Secretary Geithner will then join the President and the First Lady for an official arrival ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Later in the morning, the Secretary will participate in the President's bilateral meeting with Prime Minister Singh at Hyderabad House.
Later, Secretary Geithner will attend the President's joint press conference with Prime Minister Singh at Hyderabad House.
In the afternoon, the Secretary will participate in a moderated discussion at the Confederation of Indian Industry-U.S.-India Business Council (CII-USIBC) Business Conference at the Taj Palace Hotel.
In the evening, Secretary Geithner will attend a state dinner at Rashtapati Bhavan.
