Geithner's Jet Setting/Plotting Continues

On Wednesday morning in Singapore, Treasury Secretary Geithner will attend a roundtable discussion with American business leaders in Asia from a variety of sectors to discuss the regional and global economic outlook. This meeting, hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.


Later, he will participate in a working lunch with Singaporean and American financial industry executives to discuss financial reform.

In the afternoon, he will meet separately with representatives from the Singapore Government Investment Corporation and Temasek Holdings to discuss open investment, global financial reform and the regional economic outlook.
Later, the Secretary will meet with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Finance Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam to discuss the G-20 agenda and the regional economic outlook.

In the early evening, Secretary Geithner will depart for the G-20 Summit in Seoul, South Korea.
