No Street Sanitation in Madrid in 2011?

Madrid, Spain is so far behind in its sanitation payments that street cleaning and trash pick-up may grind to a halt in the city.

Sanitation employers, alone, are owed some 400 plus million euros. In October, the city just paid sanitation companies for November and December of 2009.
