Brazil’s Inflation Situation Continues to Deteriorate

The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics registered an increase of 0.83% in consumer prices as measured by the IPCA index during November, the highest monthly level since April 2005, when it registered an increase of 0.87%; annual inflation for the 12-month period ending in November was 5.63%, Nouriel Roubini reports.
