Moody's Cuts Ireland's Debt Rating by 5 Notches
....to Baaa. Not only did Moody's remove Ireland's A status but it continues a negative outlook on the debt, an indication that a further downgrade is quite possible.
The yield spread on Irish bonds over German Bunds is now 551 basis points.

Importantly, Bund yields themselves have been rising for several months.
