Or would that be a note whose reception by its audience is accepted in a welcomed, relieved manner? (as in, "OH, GREAT! A note from the Treasury Secretary, finally! This is welcome news.")
Does he have a PhD? Because we know you shouldn't listen to bloggers without PhD's.
