According to Tuscon police, the second man wanted for questioning in the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords turns out to be a cabbie that shooter Jared Loughner used to arrive at the scene of the shooting.
Loughner left without paying and the cabbie went after Loughner to collect his fare.
